This brand was created while serving a ten year sentence in state prison. Understanding, the decisions which lead me to that sentence had a lot to do with childhood traumas and unhealthy coping mechanisms. My mental health took a back seat for a long time; until I reached a breaking point, but I could not crash out. I wanted change and I wanted to educate the ones around me on such a taboo topic: mental health. I wanted to serve as the reminder to not crash out. That’s when Brainfood took full effect and my healing began. My conversation changed and the community started to be built. Healing pieces were created. Not only in these pieces do we feel good, we look good as well! Don’t crash out, BRAINFOOD!
